About This Blend

Every three months, we create a unique espresso blend that captures the feeling of the environment around us. This year's Autumn Espresso is syrupy and sweet, ready to ground your coffee ritual throughout the season of change.

Composition

Autumn Espresso is comprised of two single origin coffees in equal parts.

The first, Sakoko Timor Leste, brings the blend's fruit notes, along with its rich, creamy body. To complement, Umuko Rwanda offers a bright citrus acidity and leads the blend's sweet, balanced aftertaste.

Tastes Like

Autumn Espresso is rich and syrupy, with sweet fruity notes and a lasting citrus and malic acidity.

Roasting Note: Both components reveal their best flavours with a faster roast, with the Sakoko in particular speeding through first crack.

Brewing Note: Try starting with a 1:2.2 ratio to enhance the blend's syrupy notes.

Shipping & Delivery

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order! We aim to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to process and ship your order on the same day when orders are received by 7am (business days).

Free shipping over $60 is facilitated by Australia Post and will generally reach an address within Australian capital cities within the following times:

Melbourne Metro area: 1-2 working days
Regional Victoria: 2-3 working days
Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days.
Canberra & Hobart: 1-5 working days.
Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: 3 - 10 days.

All orders are sent with a tracking number. If your order has not been received within 10 working days please check your tracking number online or reach out to us on Live Chat.

Express Option: If you need your coffee quickly, we offer an Express Post Upgrade option charge which is subsidised by us. Once processed, Express Postage is set up to be a next business day delivery service to Australian Metro Cities - depending on how busy the AusPost network is, there may be an extra day or two, but it's still your fastest option.

Australia Post have authority to leave your delivery at your address if you are not at home. This ensures you receive your coffee as quickly and as hassle-free as possible. If the delivery driver does not identify a safe place to leave your coffee then it will be available for collection from your local Australia Post outlet, as per the delivery card left by the driver.

Click and Collect: We offer a Click & Collect option from our cafes. Each of our cafes is unique and has a different offering, so you may not find Click & Collect is available for all products.

Orders are fulfilled with cafe stock which can be up to 10 days from roast date. If you would like coffee roasted to order, please select the shipping option at checkout.
Our cafes stock whole beans and grind coffee to order for optimal freshness. For this reason, the zip-lock seal will be opened to grind your coffee fresh. If you prefer the zip-lock to be unopened, please select the shipping option at checkout.
We cannot swap or cancel an order with ground coffee.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection, please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order.
Once your order is ready for collection, you can pick it up during our cafe hours.
If you have not received a notification to pick up your order within 2 working days, please contact us.

How do I choose a blend?

Each of our blends has been sourced and roasted to deliver a different flavour profile, so we're sure you'll find something that suits you best. At the top of each product description, you'll see three icons indicating roast intensity, style and personality - start there!

Should I order whole beans or ground?

That's completely up to you! Freshly ground coffee will always deliver more flavour, but if you don't have a coffee grinder we'll grind your order the day it's shipped to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible.

When will this coffee be roasted?

We only roast coffee when you order it, to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible. That means when you place your order, your coffee will get roasted, packed and shipped the next business day.

How do your coffee subscriptions work?

Our coffee subscriptions are self-managed with no commitment - simply select your desired quantity and frequency and you're up and running! Every subscription order receives an automatic 10% discount, which grows to 15% over time, and you'll have access to a customer portal to make any changes you like along the way.
